Shellseekers is furnished and equipped to a very high standard with furniture designed for the tropics. It has coral stone floors and cornices. On the ground floor there is a sitting room with television, video, DVD player, radio/CD player and ceiling fan.

There is also a stylish dining room for the more sophisticated evenings. Both these connecting rooms lead to a large shady terrace, with ceiling fans and awnings, which borders the garden. The terrace is equipped with an extending teak dining table and eight chairs outside for casual dining. A barbeque is also available. The garden is a good size, with paved area, a lawn and flower beds with prolific tropical flowers. Shellseekers has a small pool, which is fitted with a swimjet to allow proper swimming, but no diving. There are sun loungers and plenty of outdoor furniture. Shellseekers has private parking for two cars in the front of the house.

The kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped with cooker/oven, extractor hood, microwave and a large fridge/ freezer with ice dispenser, dishwasher and all the usual small electrical equipment. It has black granite work surfaces, and has air conditioning and ceiling fan. There is a separate laundry room with washer and dryer.
