The rates below are for the house and a maximum of 5 people. The rates below apply to 7-night reservations, excluding December 20 – January 3, when 14-night reservations are required. Any reservations for less than 7 nights bear a 15% surcharge. A 10% discount applies for 2 people using one bedroom only. Discount does not apply for reservations between December 20 – January 3.
